Every plan is one pool of credits, spent on whatever you use — about 50 credits a minute of AI call time, 25 a minute of softphone. Run low and you can top up from £35; credits reset every month and expire with the cycle. There is no overage billing, ever — your invoice is never larger than the plan you chose.
